Publishing an event covers the event's own details, then its tickets, tables, and DJ lineup, before you preview and go live.

Start a new event

Configure event details

Add the name, description, date, time, and venue.

Set tickets, tables, and DJ lineup

Attach the tickets, tables, and DJs for the event.

Configure ticket details

Set price, total tickets, sales window, and per-user limits.

Set the T&C and FAQs

Add the terms & conditions and FAQs guests will see.

Optionally set a promo code

Attach a promo code if you're running one.

Preview before publishing

Check how the event will look before it goes live.

Publish

The event goes live for users immediately, one click.

Terms & conditions, FAQs, and promo codes are reusable - once you've created one, you can attach it to future events instead of writing it again. See Creating FAQs and Creating T&C under Settings.
